There seems to be an ongoing issue for many off us with no resolution as no one at BT seems to have an answer.
A default appeared a year ago in my credit report with transunion from a bt account at a property I left 18 years ago !
Transunion tell me this a BT reporting issue and not there responsibility?
Given the Horizon scandal you think they would be more proactive to find the issue and resolve this as it seems system related as BT says there is no account yet something is telling transunion I owe money.
welcome a proper explanation solution other than cut copy email transunion.
