Trying to Return Kit

Evening everyone,

 

I'm new so, apologies if I've used the wrong board.

BT emailed me asking to return a hub and I've lost the envelope and label that they sent.

Their email states :-

'Haven't received your returns bag?
We'll send you another one, free of charge. All you need to do is log in to My BT and select Return your kit. Here's more information on how to return your kit'

So, I have logged into my BT Oh So Many time looking for the evasive 'Return your kit', but, I'm sure you've guessed by now , likewise the 'Here's more information etc etc' ....oh no there is'nt !!!!

And.....I've wasted so much time that I am going to regret, when finally, I lay on my death bed thinking only of BT !!!

If anyone can help, I'd be be very grateful..

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send one out to you.

I'm sure the customer service guys will be able to sort this out on the number @gg30340 has posted. If you have any problems post back and I'll be happy to lend a hand.
