Hi,
I took up the free Xbox Gamepass 6 months offer back in November. I turned off auto-renew last month in April and received an Email confirming that my Gamepass subscription will stop on the 10th May.
As of the 13th May, when I log into MyBT I can see that Xbox Gamepass is no longer listed under ‘Products’, however the subscription still appears to be active.
On my Android phone I have the Xbox Gamepass app, and there it shows the new expiry date as the 7th June.
Has this been renewed for another month? I specifically turned off auto-renew so this should not be the case as I do not want to get billed for this.
Furthermore, my account is still showing as being managed by BT/EE which I’d like to have returned back to Microsoft please.
I would appreciate any help with this.
