Two accounts and unable to claim reward card

I've just come back to BT after 8+ years and having trouble logging into my account and claiming my reward card. I'm asked to select which account when claiming my reward card but I can only select the old account. Once I'm logged in I can select my new account but end up with a blank page. I'm also not able to switch account to view my products.

@PaddyB  @JohnC2 I have seen in an old post that you helped get the account removed, could you do the same for me please?

@craig255 I'm sorry to see you're experiencing problems with your MyBT account which is preventing you from claiming your reward card. I'll send you a private message to contact the moderation team and we'll be able to help you get this sorted.
