Hi I placed a new order a few days ago online but can’t seem to find it or track its progress online. When I log into MyBT it looks like I have two accounts. One is showing as closed from years ago, and a new account presumably for my new order but it doesn’t show any packages or order placed. Can you help please?

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community.
If there is an old account on your My BT, this can sometimes create a conflict and means that the new account details aren't shown correctly. If you send me your details, I'll be able to get that old account removed, which should hopefully fix the issue.
