Today whilst on laptop printing out emails I though I would log into MyBT just to see the account details. Only can see part of them but unable to log in and use password as per normal, its very bizarre. I always log out of BT when on laptop as its not used that often. So it looks like Im partly logged in but cannot do anything and can see a random password of numbers and letters which certainly are not mine prompting me to log in using them which I will not.
Viewing both email accounts are fine but logging in with passwords and use names. On my mobile I just have the BT email app, nothing else. Odd thing to say would it be worth getting the app on my mobile so I can view the account,
Hopefully its just a BT glitch, any advice would be helpful. Also I will update you on this incase anyone else has this issue.
