Hi there
i cannot access my bills in my BT (no bills appear)- and the account number is different to the one in my emails. I did have to cancel an order and set up again whilst in the process of making my order.
I can’t actually see my full account number in my emails either as it is asterisked out. Is there a simple way to add my new account number to my email log in so I can access my bills?
any help would be greatly appreciated!
