Hello. Years ago I set up My BT with a freeserve email address as security. I have not used My BT for ages, and now can't because I don't have access to the security email. Is there any way I can change the security email associated with My BT, or delete it and set up a new one? Thanks.
If you set up MyBT and used the Freeserve email address as your log on it it should still work because in that instance it is only being used as a string of text and not as an email address.

Thanks for the reply. The problem is that, when I try to login it sends a security pin to the freeserve email address which I can't access. I therefore can't pass the security test. I am still a bt customer.
If you call BT 0330.1234.150 and explain to them what has happened for security reasons they should be able send out a PIN to your current address that is shown on your BT Billing Page.
Once you have access to your MyBT you will be able to change the email address and your BTID.

FreeServe ceased a good number of years ago hence why you can access the details to enable you to login.
