I have a full fibre 300 package which grants me access to 6 months of game pass ultimate. When I try and add it on on MyBt I always get the message included in the screenshot. I have been trying to do this for the last 3 months now, on multiple different devices, having cleared cash, used incognito etc. to no avail. Is anybody able to help?
It looks like a moderator can activate it for me so please can this be done.
