Unable to claim £50 voucher

I ordered my Broadband Full Fibre 500 package on 14th November and had it installed 29th November so I've passed the 14-day cooling-off period. I've received several emails saying 'click here to claim your virtual reward card', however all it does is take me to the My BT page and nothing about claiming the reward shows on there. Has something gone wrong?

Call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 and they should be able to help.

Thanks, this took me to the interactive service and I was able to speak to someone via the web chat service. It took about 10 minutes to resolve. Much more efficient than the call I had with a representative yesterday in which they suggested I email purecard... that proved a complete waste of time as they weren't able to help until I had 'claimed' the reward.
