You've sent me messages to claim my reward card but when I click through the process I'm unable to select my current account. I can click on either of my previous accounts but not my newest one.
Can someone assist please.

Hi @Mattsmum sorry that you've old accounts on your BTID and this is stopping you claiming your reward.
If you are able to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok. Create BT ID
If you don't have another email address you can use post back and let me know.

I do have an alternative email however I don't use it often so would miss any mail you send me so would rather not.
How do I proceed?

Hi @Mattsmum, thanks for getting back to me. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team for help with this.
We usually have to delete the BTID and let you set it up again 24hrs later and the old accounts will have dropped off.

Thank you for replying with those details. I've removed those old accounts from your BT ID and claimed that Reward on your behalf.
