I’ve just signed up to BT and have received multiple emails and text messages asking me to claim my reward card (my service has not been activated yet). However, when I log in, I can’t see anywhere to claim it. I have two accounts (one from a year or so ago when I was a BT customer) - could this be causing the issue?
You need to wait until your service has been activated, then try again. Once claimed, the reward card will be dispatched, 14 days later.
@Brc981 Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. If you've received the emails prompting you to claim then you should be able to do it online and I'm sorry you're experiencing problems doing that.
