Unable to claim reward card

I'm unable to claim the card reward from activating my account.

When I click on the link from the email, or from the reward page, I'm asked to log in every time. Once I log-in, there is no option to claim the card. Can someone from the support help me out?

Nevermind, this can be closed, after the 100th attempt, I was able to get to the claim card page
