Unable to confirm identity

Hi,

Trying to link account on my BT but after entering the account number  it is asking to confirm my identity.

 

For your security we need to send you a pin

Please choose how you’d like to receive your PIN

 

But that option is grey and it won’t allow anything to be input and the button doesn’t work.

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.
