Unable to log in to my account since October 2021 when i joined BT

Have been phoning BT since October 2021 unanle to log in to my account,pasted from pillar to post still no joy.HELP!!!!

What happens when you try to log in using the link http://www.bt.com/mybt do you get any error messages?
