I have been trying for 4 days now to redeem my Xbox Ultimate and all I get is the Unable to process your request. Please try again message, does anyone know whats going on and how I sort this out?

@AtrumVesica I'm sorry about that, its down for maintenance at the moment, if you try after Tuesday 27th you'll be able to claim your game pass.
