I am trying to redeem the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 12 Months subscription on my new 900 24 month package but every time I go through the process it states that:
We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2.
The number above does not mention anything about the offer and option 2 is a sports deal package so not sure why it is telling me to call the number. The link URL is https://my.bt.com/s/apps/appsmybt/#/xbox-error
I have never previously redeemed this offer from BT so unsure why I cannot redeem this now. Any help on this would be appreciated.
