Hi.
I recently ordered a wifi disc from the BT website, it confirmed my landline and address on order completion but I never got an email confirmation and this doesn’t show up on my order tracking on BT.
Just wanted to check whether this went through or not or I need to order another way.

Thanks fpr posting about your order. If you haven't received an order reference it's unlikely the order has progressed but your best bet would be to chat our guides online at Contact BT | Call us or chat online | BT Help who will be happy to help.

I got an order reference and a delivery date estimate in the confirmation page but no email confirmation and there wasn’t any order tracking detail available. Hence why I wasn’t sure whether it had gone through.

If you've got the delivery date then the best thing would be to wait for that. If it doesn't arrive give our CS guides a call on 0330 1234 150.
