I'm unable to remove old accounts from MyBT account.
After speaking with advisors on the phone they have told me the accounts are closed and should be removed, or that I can remove the accounts myself. However this isn't the case and I'm going round in circles.
Can someone help me resolve this or give me some info on how to remove these?
