I signed up to BT a few weeks ago and my packages went live 27.01.23.
since then I have been unable to see any account information on the app or on the website. I seem to have 3 accounts but only want one active. The active one I can see on the app but no billing etc appears and brings up error message saying problem your end,
also despite being sent several links via text and email I am still unable to claim BT reward card for signing up. I’ve tried several times but non work. It displays no information when cooking on this link, I’ve tried calling up and on neither occasion I have had no helpand they didn’t know reason. And now unfortunately got cut off by the call centre operative!
can you assist please with both queries?
