Unable to subscribe to Gamepass after free subscription expired

Hello, recently my free 12 month gamepass sub expired, and the time I had already stacked before that started.

I want to resub from BT for £10 per month instead of through MS as it's a cheaper price.  However I see no option for this in my BT account.  The web page states to log into your BT account, but I can find no option for Gamepass once I log in.

Can anyone respond to this, or let me know how to contact BT directly?
