I am unable to view my bills online. The access to this flashes up on the screen for a fraction of a second and then moves to scree showing 'My Products'. This is the same using Safari and Chrome.
On your Chrome browser, can you try and log in using an Incognito window IE private browsing?
If you still get the same problem, let me know and I'll take a look into your account as something may have gone wrong with your online access.
Thanks for your fast response DanielS. I tried this but it still has the same problem. The right page flashes on the screen and then mover to My Products page.
