I have a perfect credit record with BT, I had broadband and phone line for almost 20 years including my old address. My broadband was £43.00 I had nothing at £13.00 so I have no idea what this is. I also have the same bank account that I paid BT with and there is money there, I've not had any letters from my bank or BT saying I haven't paid either.
