I can't find a way to unlink my Microsoft account from BT so that I can manage my Game Pass Ultimate subscription on the Microsoft website, I had a free 12 month subscription from BT a while ago but I cancelled the auto renew for it so that I wasn't charged at the end and I expected it to auto break the connection and revert control back to my Microsoft profile but it hasn't done that.
Is there a solution for this, or a moderator / admin that can fix it quickly.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the prompt reply, been on a call with customer services for the last 15 minutes and they don't have a clue - currently getting bounced around on hold between multiple people and then whilst on hold they hung up on me. FFS
Hi @GameOverRob
Sorry to hear of the issues you've faced with de-linking your Microsoft from BT.
Please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide can fill out the dedicated de-linking webform to have this completed for you.
It usually takes 3-5 days for it to be completed by the team once the webform has been submitted.
Thanks
@Ali_A It seems from reading all of the complaints over several threads concerning the Xbox Game Pass issues, that the problem for those affected is that when they call customer services, the call handlers don’t appear to have a clue about the de-linking web form. If they did, there wouldn’t be customers continually making new threads about the same problem. Until the call handlers are given sufficient training to recognise the problem and take the appropriate actions, this farce will likely continue.
