Hi not sure if anyone can help bt have billed me £21.35 from 12/7/17-31/7/17 I am not aware of having bt but seen it on my credit report and called up to query it… bt cannot find an account in my name and advised me to dispute it with transunion I done this and it came back that bt said account stands.. so I’ve called again and again no one can find an account they are advising me to write a letter but I just want this resolved asap I’ve googled it and found a few people have had same issue but no one seems to have a solution
