I returned my BT kit months ago and have proof of postage but still keep getting texts and emails saying that It hasn't been received and that they will charge £50 if they don't receive it. Would anyone be able to look into this?

Call BT 0800.800.150 with your Proof of Postage and the will be able to update your account showing that the devices have been returned.
have you actually tried phoning CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and see if the can sort it out for you. if no success with CS service then post back
