Upgrade options online

 contract with BT is about to come to an end.... When I go into the options for upgrade screen online all I get is upgrade TV... Why can't I see any broadband re-contract options? Should this not all be available to arrange online??

Try phoning the retention team 08007831401 and see what you can negotiate.  Usually get better deal than online

Yeah thats an option however I like to look at these things online... Just seems strange that nothing is showing for new broadband options???
