Upgrade to EE issue

Hi, 

In "My Offers" when I click on Upgrade to EE

I get the following error message

Any ETA on a fix? Its been like this for over a week.

I was wondering the same been like that for a month or two for me.

If you are on Halo 3 its currently not possible to switch to EE. I wouldnt be surprised if there were issues with other BT packages.
