BT SPORTS

Go to solution

Hi There

I recently contacted bt to ask to cancel my broadband and bt/tnt sports as the broadband has been terrible

they talked me in to staying with the promise of faster download speeds and guaranteed no drop outs.

I have been on the phone and they had an engineer visit today who basically reset the router and told me to buy a tp link power adaptor,

whilst confirming to him what package I was on I noted that I had been charged £567-00 for bt as an early cancellation fee

this was never mentioned whilst I was re negotiating what now really does seems like a shocking deal.

any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators, who may offer to help.

Try calling 0330 1234 150

You can message BT using the "message us" links on the help pages. That is usually effective.
