I recently upgraded my broadband package to full fibre 100 last week, and the activation day was the 19th of march yet i'm still getting my old download speed of 38mb maximum.
My orders show two orders for some reason, one that says complete and one that say it's still open, not sure if that's causing the issue.

if restarting hub does not help then phone CS 03301234150 and they should be able to help possible either complete or delete the second order
