My current package runs out next week
I've been sent offers via email and the same offers are listed on my account. When I try to renew I get an error about postcode not matching and get asked to call to make the upgrade. When I call they tell me the offer isn't available despite me seeing it on my account! I've tried twitter, I've tried chat and customer care and still can't upgrade.
Any suggestions?
I expect they want to sell you something more expensive, with extras you do not need 😉
You do not have to renew, you just end up on a rolling monthly contract, you do not get disconnected.
