Compensation for Engineer's cancelled visit

A BT engineer's visit was scheduled for 08.00 to 10.00 on the 17/10/24.  At 09.46 that day, I received a message that this visit had been cancelled.  I rescheduled for the following day.    I understand I am due £30.49 compensation as this original visit was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.     Please advice how to claim this.

Its automatically credited to your bill within 30 days, usually on the next billing cycle after.

Thanks for your reply.   However, I have had two bills since this cancelled appointment on the 17 October and there has been no compensation credited.

All you can do is to call BT customer services and ask them why.
