Viewing my bills

I have received an email from BT advising that my latest bill is available. I log in to MyBT and as soon as I select an option  the log in screen appears, I log in again and the same thing happens

That's what the MyBT app used to do on my iPhone and did for ages. Eventually it was fixed for all.

Are you accessing via your MyBT app or directly via a browser on your phone or PC?

Same thing here using Firefox. Email from BT with button "view my bill", 13 clicks later get to billing and accounts and the download latest bill button doesn't work. You end up in a loop to the help pages. Pretty frustrating.

The mobile app to view bill works OK but it's not always convenient.
