Virtual Reward Card

Guys,

Does anybody have any idea how to claim the virtual reward card. I have followed the link I was sent. This leads to 2 accounts to choose from, my old one and my new one. I click the new one and nothing happens?

Not a great start as a returning customer. Any help would be appreciated.
