we’ve recently joined bt with our broadband , at the time we were told the virtual card would be sent after the official connection date .
this doesn’t seem to be the case , what was the time scale for most ?

Hi @Cmm16 Thanks for posting, I'm sorry that's not correct your reward card is emailed to you after the 14-day cooling-off period has passed.
