My new bill states I have cancelled some services but I haven't

Hi. 

I've only been with BT for a couple of months and already the bills have confused me. I moved my bill date last month and now on this bill it states i have cancelled some services but doesn't elaborate on that. 

I haven't changed anything other than the bill date. I can't really compare bills as I've only had two and they are both different, one was my first bill and this one is my date change bill so charges are odd anyway. 

what's going on?

@Cheesehead Welcome back to the community and thanks for posting, changing a billing date can result in additional rental charges to cover the period between the original billing date and the new one.

This is normally explained on page 3 of the bill.  I've seen the summary page of the bill mentioning cancelled services before when the bill payment date has been altered but nothing has been cancelled as the same system is used to calculate the difference in rental that has to be applied after a change has been made. 

If you need this checked I'd recommend getting in touch with our billing team
