Virtual reward

Getting increasingly frustrated trying to calim the reward, I click the link on the email, click redeem now and then nothing. I see numerous people have had the exact same problem. Has anyone found out how to claim the virtual reward card yet?

In case you are not already, you need to be out of the 14 day cooling off period before you can claim.
