Virtual rewards card

Hi

I received an email yesterday to say my virtual rewards card had been claimed and I would soon be able to use it. I've had nothing since. Do I need to do something to be able to use it?? Does the card just get sent to my email address?

Hi @NatashaEve,

Your reward card will be emailed to you 15 days after your order has completed. It needs to pass the 14 day cooling off period before we issue rewards. Has it been longer than 14 days yet?

Hi thanks for the reply.  Yes I just checked it's been 16 days now. Just wasn't too sure if I was supposed to do something as it looks like it was claimed for me during the night.

If an order generated overnight that would should mean that you don't need to claim it as it was done on your behalf.

You should get email notification over the next couple of days. Make sure to keep an eye on your junk or spam folders in case it doesn't show up in your Inbox. If you haven't received notification within 1-2 days come back to me, please.
