I am struggling to see where I can request a refund.
I subscribed to the 30-day WIFI hotspot for £39 this morning – the connection is shocking, I can’t connect other devices and its super slow – I can’t use this to work.
So, I cancelled the subscription after 30mins of struggling.
I am not happy about this.
Please can you point me in the right direction of retaining a refund.

@Perdikis This is a public forum and therefore not a good idea to display your account number for the whole world to see.
Better to call BT as only the Moderators are BT staff.
Call free : 0330 1234 150 from landline or 150 from a BT SIM phone.

Hi, @Perdikis I've removed the account number. I'm really sorry to see you're having problems with the BT Wifi hotspot. I wouldn't recommend calling our 150 number for this, the BT wifi hotspot team can be contacted on 0800 022 33 22
