When attempting to access anything on my account i'm receiving the following message:
"We couldn’t find any account details for that BT ID. Please try again"
My account appears to be attached, but I'm still unable to view any information on billing, payment or usage.
Please can you assist with fixing this issue?

let’s see if we can get this resolved… Please follow these steps below:
This is usually your email address. If you've forgotten your username, you can get a reminder by following the steps in the link below. You'll need your email address, phone number and the answer to the security question you chose when you set up the account.
Remind me of my BT ID username
You chose a password when you created your BT ID. If you've forgotten it, you can reset it by following the steps in the link below. You'll need your username (usually your email address) and access to the phone number or email address for your BT account.
If none of the above work please try creating a new account.
