Already returned my BT kit on 18/03/23, but still I'm getting email from BT stating your kit not yet received.
Can I get an update or clarifications on this please. Help will be highly appreciated.

It is presently taking about four weeks for accounts to be updated when returns are received.
If you call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Postage they will update your account for you.
