Nearly 2 weeks ago I asked BT to send me the Halo wi-fi solution.
Next day all my services were cut off.
Despite phoning everyday 3 scheduled calls with managers failed to materialise.
I am a welfare case and have been without a telephone line for 11 days.
I have no mobile signal so have to seek a signal at my local golf club.
The galling thing is that nobody at BT has picked up the phone and called me at the appointed time slot.
I am still without a full complement of services including digitam voice.
Why won't they contact me?
Am I alone?
