My Fttp order was placed in early April and due to delays by open reach wasn’t up and running till the 6th of July.
During that time I’ve been in contact with the Fibre team by phone and was told I will get automatic compensation for the delay. However I’ve now received my first bill but there’s no compensation been added to it.
Should It have added straight away or do I have to wait.

Then the day after would be when compensation would start. I am sure this was raised before, and its 30 days after activation when compensation would be paid via your bill. I would wait until your next bill has been produced, and if if a credit has not been applied by then, then its worth chasing it up.
