I got a strange email today, stating "Thanks for activating your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription". I have never been interested in this, and did not order it. I checked all my past orders (2 in the past year) and none of them included any kind of game pass free period - I wouldn't have activated even if it had and I wouldn't have wanted it, but it didn't happen regardless. The email is from BT, no sign it is a scam email.
I just tried finding where this is controlled in MyBT and I can't see the option to check what has happened, am I just being dumb (possible, pretty ill at the moment) because I can't see it anywhere?
