I had a bill default for not paying a bill in October, when I had a 30 day notice to be removed from bt broadband. This problem caused me not to get credit to buy a new sofa in January 2025. I used to be able to see my payments history but now this option to see my payments history has disappeared and I now cannot see if this 'default' has been removed from my credit file. What can I do about this?
