X box game pass

According to my BT account our X box subscription is still active and the subscription renews next month. But my husband cannot access it on his console it says he needs to subscribe? It was fine a month ago?!

Sorry you're having problems with the game pass. Our customer service guys should be able to help with this so give them a call on 0330 1234 150 and let me know how you get on.

I tried calling but there was no option for subscription or  X box. And no option to speak to an advisor.
