XBOXA GAME PASS impossible to claim

Hello,

I’ve been attempting to claim the 12-month Game Pass included with my package for the past three days, but I’ve encountered an error (as shown in the screenshot). I’ve noticed other posts about this issue over the past few months. When I call for assistance, it directs me to broadband faults and only allows me to reset my connection. Could you please activate my Xbox Game Pass?

if you have read other forum posts on this subject then has your 14 day cooling off expired after your activation date?  you need to access MYBT using laptop/pc  not the app and then go to content partners

Hi @imjolly I think is far from being expired. My fiber internet was installed last Friday, July 5th. I accessed MyBT to redeem the Xbox Game Pass, but encountered an error (which I’ve attached). Unfortunately, when I tried calling, the bot redirected me to connection fault issues, preventing me from discussing the Game Pass problem. Can you assist me please?

you cannot activate your pass until your cooling off period has expired

the main thing is you need to wait until at least 14 days after your activation date before trying to activate xbox pass  you should have also paid first monthly payment
