Our broadband team can raise a webform to the relevant support team, who will check eligibility and get this sorted. This can take 7 working days.
How long ago was the webform last raised when you called?

I am having a similar problem, tried calling the number but it keeps diverting me to a text service.
nice to see I am not the only one having issues with this.
Hi I had a games pass come through last Monday, I went on to activate it, but the system said down for maintenance, it’s been down every day for the last 10 days . 9 days ago I called the number on the maintenance message and spoke to someone in BT to get the games pass added, he said he needed to fill in a form and I would get an email in 2 days, still waiting .. even better now every time I tried to call there is at least 45 minute wait! After 10/15 minutes I just hang up I haven’t got time to waste, why is this not simple to add/fix why is the site still down!
