Just got an email saying that i've successfully added an Xbox Game Pass to my account! I don't even own an Xbox!
I have definitely not added this to my account, how do i go about getting this removed as its apparently going to add £10 to my bill!??
I have 2FA set up on my account, and have already looked at trying to get it off my account, but all i can do is stop the auto renew, which doesn't help me currently.

I am sorry for the confusion from the email you received about the Xbox Game Pass. Give our guides in the helpdesk a shout on 0330 1234 150 who'll be able to help sort you out with this.

Sorted it thanks. Spoke to someone in CS and they advised that there were a number of passes wrongly activated at BT end.
So more importantly, no data breach for my account which was the main worry.
Anyhow Jill in CS was great, very helpful and got it resolved quickly.
