Xbox Game Pass activation?

Hiya all,

so last week i tried to add xbox game pass to my BT bill, but they said the system was down for maintenance. I did as they said and talked to the helpline. They said that it would take me 5-7 business days, but after waiting for that amount of time, i still have not received it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i am going to pursue legal action for false adverisement against bt, as the only reason i had to buy full fibre 500 was to get game pass smh
